The easiest way for residents to reserve the freight elevator is through the web site, which allows them to see what times are available and takes care of all the scheduling conditions.  Their name will appear on the list to the right.

If a resident calls the guard booth wanting to schedule over the phone, please encourage them to schedule online themselves, but if they insist you can schedule through the web site on their behalf by clicking the button below.  

You will reach a point where it asks you for their name and email address.  Ask them for the info and enter it.  If they don't want to give you an email address, you can substitute this generic email address.
